This policy explains what information N8 Solutions may collect through this public website, why it is used, and the choices available to visitors.

Information you choose to provide
When you request a conversation, a Free IT Assessment, a briefing, or another resource, N8 may receive information such as your name, work email, phone number, organization, team size, area of interest, and the context you include in the form.
Website and campaign information
N8’s first-party analytics is enabled by default. For analytics-enabled visits, N8 may retain the source IP address; approximate city, state or region, and country derived from that address; device and browser category; pages viewed; landing and exit pages; timestamps and session duration; referring hostname and approved campaign attribution; stable CTA and form-interaction identifiers; and tracked-link activity. IP-derived location is approximate and is not a precise physical location.
Website telemetry does not collect form values, message contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, keystrokes, DOM text, URL fragments, or arbitrary query-string values. N8 does not use this telemetry for cross-site advertising tracking and does not sell telemetry data. A prospect or company label attached to a tracked link is business context for the link and is not treated as proof of an anonymous visitor’s identity.
Analytics is used only to understand and improve the N8 website. It is not used for advertising, cross-site tracking, or the sale or sharing of visitor data. Visitors should not submit confidential case information, passwords, protected health information, or other highly sensitive material through a general website form.
How information is used
- Respond to inquiries and confirm the appropriate next conversation.
- Deliver or scope a requested assessment, briefing, or resource.
- Operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- Understand which pages, campaigns, and content are useful.
- Maintain records reasonably needed for security, service, and business operations.
Service providers
N8 uses Microsoft Azure services to host the website, process form submissions, deliver messages, and operate privacy-limited first-party website analytics. Raw anonymous analytics events are retained for 90 days. Encrypted IP evidence and the derived visit summary are retained unless the visitor selects Essential only before collection. Essential operational records and information submitted directly through a form follow their own documented business and security retention requirements.
Sharing and sale of information
N8 does not sell or share website visitor data for advertising or cross-site tracking. Information submitted directly through a form may be shared with service providers that support the functions described above, or when disclosure is reasonably required to protect rights, investigate misuse, comply with law, or complete a business transaction.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, legitimate business records, security, or legal obligations. N8 applies administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask N8 to update or delete information you submitted through the website, subject to legal, security, and recordkeeping needs. Use the quiet Privacy choices control at the bottom of any page to switch immediately between Analytics enabled and Essential only. Essential only stops subsequent analytics collection; no telemetry event or IP-derived evidence is sent after that choice. The website remembers that preference, and Global Privacy Control switches analytics to Essential only where supported.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for organizations and professional users. It is not directed to children, and N8 does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the public site.
Changes to this policy
N8 may update this policy as the website, services, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
